This place suits me perfectly, offering amenities like free wi-fi, a spa & wellness centre, ski storage, and an indoor swimming pool. During my first stay, the staff even helped me print important documents, which I truly appreciated.

The breakfast spread is excellent-plenty of choices and all fresh, which made starting the day a treat. Plus, the spa facilities at the adjacent resort were high-quality and conveniently accessible without stepping outside.

There were some hiccups, hairdryers were missing from the rooms, requiring a trip to reception to request one. The shower in our room was a bit wonky. We had to hold the shower head ourselves, which isn't ideal for a relaxing wash. Our room got a bit stuffy, lacking proper ventilation due to the warm weather. The pillows? Forget about it-like sleeping on lumpy marshmallows, not great for resting up after a day of activities.

the lobby bar had absolutely no cake for coffee, which is simply unacceptable at a place like this. plus, who thought it was a good idea to make the curtains too short? just horrible. i almost left a good review, but the lack of special treatment for my stay was a deal-breaker.

The location was a standout. easy access to attractions. Breakfast had a large variety of fresh foods, making it enjoyable each morning. The staff truly shone in their attentiveness, helping us with local recommendations. The view from our room was fantastic, offering a lovely panorama of the surroundings.

we had an unforgettable stay at wersal! the hotel was easily accessible from the bus station, and the indoor swimming pool was a gem for just 30 PLN for three hours. the rich breakfast options made each morning delightful, and their massage service was a perfect treat after hiking in the forest.

Had a fantastic stay with a spacious room and a lovely balcony view. The spa facilities were top-notch, especially the sauna and plunge pool, perfect after a long day. We did have to ask for extra pillows, but the staff sorted it out quickly, so no biggie! 😊

The staff happily provided extra tea and coffee supplies upon request, enhancing our stay. For dining, skip the hotel restaurant and head to 'Góralski Browar' for a more satisfying meal.
